EXTRUSION

Avant-garde facilities from production to finishing

With high accuracy and sophistication technologies, our extrusion department operates at optimum efficiency effortlessly. Imported from UBE, Japan, our extrusion presses are equipped with quenching boxes from Cometal, Italy to ensure proper cooling of the profiles to the required tensile strength. In addition, we are able to provide top quality results every time with a full range of advanced machinery such as billet heaters and log shears as well as double pullers from Cometal, Italy and Granco-Clack, USA.

Our mill finish extrusion also boasts special-requirement lengths of up to 12 meters, with a capability of producing extrusion profiles measuring up to 300mm in CCD (Circumscribing Circle Diameter). We cater for various industry uses by offering extrusions for aluminium alloy 1070, 6005, 6061, 6063, 6082 as well as special alloys. Truly, diversity, quality and superiority are hallmarks that we take price in every product.
